Founded in 2017 and ending in 2021, the 4Cs aims at responding to a series of emerging social and cultural challenges such as migration, securitization, and freedom of expression by raising awareness about the role of creative and cultural work in the strengthening of European responsibility and European citizenship in a project of peace and conviviality.
